South America Exhibit Update

We are excited to be seeing the progress on the South America exhibit. The Zoo and contractors have completed the punch list. Now we are able to make finishing touches for the animals. Miller Park Zoos newest family members have arrived safely by transport last week. The anteater and pudu are currently in quarantine and upon completion they will move to their new habitats. Stay tuned for the south America exhibits opening soon!

The team has been working incredibly hard to create new signs for the entire zoo. The new signs will provide a more engaging visitor experience. The team has worked closely with the city to research and design some amazing new graphics, which we hope to unveil with the opening of South America habitats. You are getting a sneak peek of the new (not quite final) sign for the Galapagos tortoise.
